These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AliFunnels products and services. By visiting our website or purchasing a template bundle and downloading licensed materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to TermsCopy

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and [AliFunnels, LLC] ("AliFunnels," "I"). By accessing our website or purchasing or downloading template bundles, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you disagree with these Terms, do not access or use our products or services.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, support documentation, and any additional ordering documents or product-specific terms referenced at checkout. Collectively, these documents are the entire agreement between you and AliFunnels concerning the use of our products.

2. Products & LicensesCopy

1. License grant. Upon purchase of a template bundle, I grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for one (1) business and its associated marketing channels. You may deploy the templates on any domain, subdomain, or hosting platform that serves that business.
2. Ownership. You own the deployed website or funnel that you build with the templates, the content you supply, and any modifications you make. AliFunnels retains ownership of the underlying template code, documentation, user interface designs, and brand assets.
3. Lifetime bundle updates. Each template bundle includes lifetime updates and changelog entries for that specific bundle. Major re-platforms, new product lines, or cross-niche bundles are sold separately. Updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, design enhancements, or new sections.
4. Delivery. Template bundles are delivered digitally through our dashboard or secure download links. You are responsible for integrating the templates into your preferred tech stack.

3. Prohibited UsesCopy

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or re-license any template bundle or derivative work to third parties.
• Provide public access to the source files, including in open-source repositories or shared drives.
• Create competing template libraries or AI training sets using AliFunnels assets or updates.
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices included in the source files, except in live production deployments.
• Use the templates for any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent activity.

4. Purchases & PricingCopy

1. One-time license fees. Template bundles are sold as a one-time purchase. The price displayed at checkout is the amount you agree to pay for the license, exclusive of taxes.
2. Support & feature requests. There are no recurring support subscriptions. Any hands-on help or feature request is scoped and priced as a one-off engagement, outlined in the dashboard before you approve.
3. Billing. Purchases are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your billing information and collected where required.
4. Price changes. I may change pricing at any time for future purchases. Price changes do not affect existing licenses during their current billing period.

5. Support & Feature RequestsCopy

Support is provided on a scoped, request-by-request basis. Submit a feature request or assistance need in the dashboard, and I will respond with scope, ETA, and any one-time cost if applicable?no recurring subscriptions.

Support includes:

• Priority responses via email or shared workspace with a response time of [Support SLA].
• Hands-on guidance for integrations (Stripe, Supabase, CRM automations) and deployment best practices.
• Access to workflow audits, QA checklists, and Loom walkthroughs tailored to your bundle.

Support does not include:

• Unlimited custom development or extensive redesigns. Requests beyond the agreed scope may require a separate statement of work.
• Managing your third-party accounts or ongoing marketing campaigns.

Each request is quoted before work begins. There is no automatic renewal, and you can cancel any in-progress scoped engagement before delivery if terms change.

6. RefundsCopy

I offer a [14 days] refund window from the purchase date. To request a refund, email [hello@alifunnels.com] with your order ID and reason. Eligibility requires that you have not substantially used, redistributed, or copied the templates beyond evaluation. Once a refund is processed, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the templates and derivative assets.

7. Updates & ChangelogCopy

I publish bundle updates under semantic versioning (for example, real-estate@1.3.2). Updates may contain bug fixes, accessibility improvements, or additional blocks. You will receive update notifications via email or dashboard alerts. Updates are designed to be backwards compatible, but I recommend previewing changes before deploying to production.

8. Account & SecurityCopy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if I detect misuse, suspicious activity, or a violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual PropertyCopy

AliFunnels retains all intellectual property rights in the templates, documentation, brand assets, and underlying code. Your license permits you to use, modify, and deploy the templates for your business needs. You may remove any "Built by AliFunnels" credit in production. Nothing in this agreement transfers AliFunnels IP to you.

10. Third-Party ServicesCopy

Integrations with services such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, analytics tools, or CRM providers are optional and governed by their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts with those providers and ensuring your use complies with their policies.

11. Disclaimer of WarrantiesCopy

Templates and support are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not guarantee specific conversion rates, revenue improvements, or business outcomes from the use of our templates.

12. Limitation of LiabilityCopy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AliFunnels and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. IndemnityCopy

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AliFunnels, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the templates, infringement caused by your customizations or data, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute ResolutionCopy

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by notifying the other party in writing and allowing thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute. Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court if the claim qualifies. You and AliFunnels waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

15. TerminationCopy

I may suspend or terminate access to the templates or support if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license immediately ends and you must cease use of the templates. Sections regarding ownership, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

16. Changes to TermsCopy

I may update these Terms to reflect changes in our offerings or applicable law. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard alerts at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the templates or support after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
